Here’s the deal – Ceilings, walls and baseboards painted for a labor cost of $320. Single rooms, wall only, are priced at $200. The paint cost is determined by final color, sheen, brand and quality level however for this deal your paint total would likely run right in the area of 100 for all the paints needed using standard quality level Benjamin Moore Paints. We get discounts on ALL Ben Moore and Sherwin paints that are as high as 65% less than retail so no reason to use cheap hardware store paints. Use the best paints, get the best results! This gets you one coat of white paint on your ceilings, two coats of paint on the walls and one coat of white on the baseboards in any room up to 12 x 12 x 9. We supply everything else needed. Area must be empty with all furniture moved out of the area as obstacles in a painting area may increase price because it may interfere with the normal painting process and create safety hazards. Walls must be in a ready to paint state other than minor nail hole patching.
These are labor prices. All paints can be purchased at cost through our commercial accounts with either Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paint retailers for up to half off the retail prices which adds to the substantial savings you have.
